Research indicates that students should have seven workplace and higher education experiences as part of their educational journey. The Early Careers Foundation is dedicated to working with state schools, sixth forms and colleges to make sure every young person has access to these opportunities.
We offer free programmes that expose students to some of the best businesses in the UK, working closely with every institution to create a customised approach that aligns with their career strategy and supports their students’ growth and aspirations!

We partner with state schools, sixth forms, and colleges in the UK where over 30% of students are eligible for the free school meals programme. Our goal is to enhance career offerings by providing support for students to learn about career options, develop employability skills, and receive mentorship.
We work closely with our School Partners to ensure that our initiatives meet their needs and provide comprehensive support to their students.
